
Incredible Virgin Island Adventure
George and his wife, Marie, sailed professionally, chartering boats in the Bahamas, then in the Virgin Islands. They then leased an uninhabited island, Little Thatch, in the British Virgin Islands, and turned it into a small hotel. After six years, they left the island and bought a lovely beachfront property on Jost Van Dyke (BVI) where they built Sandcastle Hotel and the Soggy Dollar Bar. George is now the author of Incredible Virgin Island Adventure: A True Story

WordPress.com Replaces Cutline with Coraline
I do like Coraline, though. Although if I had spent a lot of time customizing Cutline to my liking, I can see why people have reason to be annoyed.
I hadn’t logged in here for awhile but I needed my key for a project I was working on… biggest surprise: how much spam had gotten past the akismet filters… it seems like it is a neverending battle…
Some listeners to NPR and Christian Radio are getting Howard Stern and other programming instead due to broadcasts from satellite radio receivers. And they are not very happy about it.

The Military Sea Services Museum, in Sebring, Florida, is the only museum in the U.S. to honor the Military Sea Services (The U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard). Not long after the building originally opened, it was damaged by Hurricane Jeanne and required some $100,000 worth of repair. Their website was recently launched.
